Michigan Auto Arson Bill - PA 413 of 2000.

There has been in interesting trend since the adoption of PA 413.  The number of vehicle fires in
participating municipalities is going down.  The interesting and disturbing part is the number of
vehicle fires seems to be rising in communities that are not participating.  Below you will find
